The bands are also good for assisting eccentric movements with compound machines and squat racks. They assist the lone athlete during mobility training, allowing for a variety of stretches that would otherwise require a partner, including the couch stretch, dynamic hamstring stretching and PNF stretching. They have a multi-layered latex construction which helps prevent the likelihood of breakages, and come in seven different sizes. Bands are colour coded to help identification when selecting resistance.

Warning: These bands are made from latex. Do not use if you suffer from a latex allergy.
