The Core Strength Half Power Rack features a robust 11-gauge steel frame engineered for commercial environments. This versatile rack offers a fully equipped, expandable setup designed to maximise gym space while serving as a premium focal point for all lifting exercises. It includes a multi-grip pull-up bar to engage various muscle groups through diverse hand positions. Standard fittings comprise 2 x J-Cups, 2 Spotter Arms 2.0, 10 plate storage poles, 2 barbell upright holders, and 2 front stabilisation feet, ensuring stability and comprehensive functionality.

The pull up Cross Beam can be adjusted to suit the height of the user.  Should the uprights need reducing to fit into a space with a lower ceiling height, please contact us and we can accomodate this at no extra charge.
