At Core Strength Equipment, we’re proud to be the chosen gym fit-out supplier for Find Your Way Fitness (FYWF) in Preston. FYWF offers a range of fitness classes and personalised training to help its members go from struggle to strength.
We’ve equipped FYWF with industry-leading fitness equipment, flooring, and track, ensuring their coaches and members have access to the highest-quality kit in a premium training environment.
Anna worked closely with owner Ryan to create his gym from the ground up. Every kit-out starts with an initial consultation, where Anna gets to grips with Ryan’s vision and maps out how to bring it to life.
When we say from the ground up, we mean it. After the consultation comes the space and flooring. FYWF features premium EPDM flooring and sprint/sled tracks, designed to perfectly support its training programmes.
Then comes the equipment, the kind that delivers results. Ryan’s gym features a mix of cardio and strength gear. Core Strength Equipment supplied a free-standing rig, barbells, bumper plates, sleds, dumbbell sets, sandbags, racks, kettlebells, benches, and sled ropes. We finished the set-up with Concept BikeErgs, SkiErgs, and RowErgs, alongside slam balls, a gym timer, and powerbands.
Ryan, who openly says he turned to training for survival, shared:
“To have my own gym up and running means more to me than I can possibly say, and I’ve a lot to thank Anna from Core Strength, along with Matt and the team, for delivering this. I’m literally at the beginning of a journey, just living my dream, helping people overcome obstacles the way people helped me when I was struggling.”
This is exactly why we do what we do: helping people like Ryan turn their vision into reality. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. The gym looks incredible, and it was brilliant to visit, feel the atmosphere, and see Core Strength Equipment being put through its paces.
